Hey guys!
It's been so long!! Urg, I'm so bad at keeping things posted on this, but I will defiantly try harder! The last post was for our new years resolution together & guess what guys we got #8 checked off!
Yes we have been approved of our first home together!! It's so exciting! We couldn't have done it without the love & support of our families! We already got a house & we're planning to move in August this year! Yay! It's a pleasant home with 4 bedrooms! So it's more than enough for both of us! I'm planning to turn one of the rooms into my own little studios though. Have the other room for our computers & the last room for as a guest room. We started to look at furniture already & holy moly is furniture expensive!! We're thinking of buying decent furniture for now & upgrade it later on. Time to save my tips for furniture! Also time to cut back on spending. Sorry nail polish, guess I can't buy you too much! I know I shouldn't buy it, but hey I have a bad addiction, at least I'm cutting back! Haha. Anyways we finally set a budget on the things we need for our home & decided we're going to pay for everything ourselves & up front! Don't feel like dealing with those nasty credit companies! I'll defiantly keep you guys updated on furniture we pick out!

New years resolutions:

01. Save money. Not only for our wedding but were planning to move out & travel too.
02. Keep track of our expenses.
03. Have a date night, at least once a month. With our busy lives we still want to enjoy each others company & have a stress-free night.
04. Also with the date night have a only girls night/boys night, we cant forget about our lovely friends!
05. Have a healthier lifestyle. Exercise more, eat healthier & do more activities.
06. Be more adventurous! Do something we both havent done, or try a new type of food.
07. Get a puppy, we really been wanting one for awhile now. So hopefully we can get one this year!
08. Get our own place & start a new chapter in our lives.
09. Travel somewhere together
10. Accomplish all these resolutions!!
Its a new year, a new beginning. Let this year bring memories, great company, laughter, happiness, & a new chapter!

Found my best women!

Hey guys,
I know I haven't really posted anything up here for awhile, but nothing has really happened in the engaged life. Anyways I think I've finally decided on a best women. For the past few weeks, I've been talking to them both on & off, & I did the pros & cons for both. Mostly I'm looking for someone who is well organized, reliable, who will give me their honest opinion & someone who will be there for me at the end of the day. I'm happy that I finally made a decision on my best women. I think through all of this I'm most excited about when I tell them. Hopefully they are excited & as happy as I am! I'll keep you guys updated as much as I can but honestly nothing is really happening right now. Will post soon, xo

Bridesmaid anyone?

I have been waiting on planning my future wedding since I was in junior high. I'm sure every girl out there has there some sort of idea they want for their future wedding, who they want as their bridesmaid, maid of honor, their theme, etc. I think one of the hardest choices is picking the bridesmaid & the maid of honor. Honestly, girls can get really nasty & jealous even if they're not pick as your maid of honor. Everyone wants to be that special person who helps the bride plan everything, & I would want to be picked as that person too. But in reality, there usually can be only maid of honor. For my wedding however, before I plan anything by myself I do want the opinion of my fiance & my maid of honor, because sometimes you can't really decide things on your own. I have picked 7 bridesmaid in total, yes there are 7! But me & the groom to be decided not to tie the knot till 2016. We want to save enough money for the wedding & to move out on our own.
That being said, I will not tell all 7 girls that they will be my bridesmaid, because a lot can happen in 2 years, friendships can end in a matter of seconds. Also with that being said, I have decided to tell 4 people. First would be my maid of honor. My maid of honor is someone I decided a long time ago, who is my best friend always. She's someone who is there for me always, no matter if we hardly talk, we know if we ever need anything from each other we are there for on another. Second & third is from my family, obviously they will always be there even in 2 years time. Lastly is going to be my best women. Yeah I'm going to have a best women, just because I don't like the idea of giving the maid of honor all the responsibilities & stressing out. I've heard a lot of maid of honors stressing out more then the bride. This way I will have 2 people who can help me & who can balance each other out. But I don't know who to put as my best women, I'm stumped on 2 people. 2 different girls, who I've been stressing over in giving the title to. I will probably discuss it with the maid of honor & get her opinion. I'm planning to tell the Maid of honor & 2 bridesmaid first during the Christmas season, they will get a nice surprise with their present! Wish me luck on finding my best women soon! xo

We've met each other on POF, an online dating site. Isn't it crazy? I think we both weren't expecting to meet anyone who actually wanted a REAL relationship on that site, but hey life is full of surprises! We started seeing each other & as a couple months went by we decided to give US a try. We've been dating for a year know & he popped the question a few days after our 1 year anniversary! We were on a trip @ Kananaskis for his company's xmas party. It was our first night there & we we're meeting everyone @ a pub in the hotel called WOODY'S. We went there had a few drinks & dinner. He started to have pretty bad cramps, so we decided to head back to the hotel room & rest up a bit then head back to the pub. When we got back to the hotel he told me to set up the laptop for big bang theory as he uses the washroom. I totally forgot & was on my phone looking at stuff, & as he comes back he gets annoyed that I didn't set up the laptop & just laughs & does it. After I come back from the washroom he asks me to clear some pillows on the bed so we can watch. In my mind I was thinking, "What the hell does he want me to clear the pillows for? Pillows are comfy!" But I just did what he asked & removed the first pillow which was a small red pillow, as I removed the pillow I saw a small box underneath the pillow. I was wondering why the hotel left a small box underneath the pillow, as I picked it up I noticed writing on top of the box that said "Spence Diamonds". I was in shock, he then approached me & said, "Anna, I can't imagine my life without you in it. You make me so happy, I want to spend the rest of my life with you, I love you so much. Will you marry me?" At this point I was already crying my eyes out & sobbed YES. & that is how it happened, now we are here today, engaged & more in love then we ever were. A new chapter begins for us & we hope to share our journey & memories with you here on this blog. This is our never ending love story..
